(More customer reviews)I purchased 6 of these radios for my Squad.I am currently on my second deployment in Iraq and my squad has been split up to cover down on multiple jobs.Not everyone has an Army issued radio so I bought these in order to keep in contact with my soldiers during our daily tasks.I've tested these as far as 3 miles and they do a pretty good job.Clarity is always an issue when comparing them to Military issue radios, however, they work well for they are designed for.I've dropped mine more than a dozen times and it still works perfect.
