(More customer reviews)I have had two of these shipped to my house and both have arrived broken and they were the wrong screen.I ordered the cine white and both boxes contained cine grey screens.The first one was ripped about 2 inches on the left side.The second one dropped about 6 inches and then froze in place and acted like it was going to blow up.Needless to say I am returning that one as well.I wouldn't recommend ordering this from Amazon, clearly they got a bad batch.I am not sure if I even want to try my luck with someone else.I have contacted Elite Screens directly to see what they can do if anything.
